My Approach
Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual Model
I follow the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual Model of care, which takes into account all aspects of a person's life in relation to their well-being. My focus is on promoting holistic health by integrating the mind, body, and spirit, with a strong emphasis on psychological and emotional healing. This involves addressing negative thought patterns, managing stress and anxiety, and providing tools for making positive behavioral changes.
My approach combines evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, health psychology, positive psychology, energy psychology, and behavioral nutrition.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, my Wellness Workshops are designed to help cultivate balance and resilience through yoga, breathwork, and self-reflection. Rooted in ancient traditions, yoga has been shown to strengthen the mind-body connection, nurture self-awareness, and reduce stress.
